Moving to the Lawton area?

When most buyers go into home search mode – they may come up with 50+ listings to view. It should go without saying that’s too many homes to see first hand if you’re on a short visit from out of town! We can help you to narrow your search down to 20-25 houses, keeping these things in mind:
- Arrive into town with two lists: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house can’t fulfill your basic needs, we can obviously take it out of the list.
- Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, have your pre-approved amount in advance so we can eliminate homes out of your price range.
- How long of a commute are you comfortable making each day to work and other interests? Traffic in the Lawton area could be different than your current location, so let us know your limits regarding drive-time, and we’ll seek out homes accordingly.
Before we meet in person, we could send you our picks for listings we should see. Or you could already have some top candidates you could share with us based on your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is great, there’s nothing like visiting homes in person. We can schedule any necessary appointments and map a route. If we work efficiently, we could go to 8 or 10 homes in a single day.
